Gerlach Soaps offers hand-crafted bath soaps and beauty products, made right here in Gerlach, Nevada. Special – Moving Sale 40% off all soaps! We asked Summer Thompson, owner of Gerlach Soaps to tell us about her  business. Here’s what she had to say: Since moving to the small remote town of Gerlach, I have had a lot of free time. Having free time has allowed me to pursue more of my hobbies and interests which include crafting. I have always enjoyed making things, there is nothing quite like the feeling of creating something that people like. I am truly proud of the products I create. The beauty products I make are made with quality ingredients and beeswax is the only animal product ever used. The items look and smell lovely while doing the job they are intended to do. Life here in Northern Nevada is rugged, much of the area is still reminiscent of older times and ways of life. I believe that the soaps and other products I offer are a great blend between modern luxury and traditional necessity. I’m sure there was a time when many people of the region crafted their own beauty products. Now I can follow in their footsteps as well as incorporate a modern twist. Gerlach Soaps offers...
